Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services in Orlando, FL is hiring a part-time plasma donor screener with phlebotomy support. Expect a rotating schedule of mornings and evenings, 3+ days per week, and 25-30 hours weekly.

You’ll participate in comprehensive training and work closely with the Plasma Center Manager to ensure donor safety and accurate documentation. The role emphasizes reliability, customer service, and opportunity for advancement within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to walk and stand for the shift.
• Evenings, weekends, and holidays required.
• Able to lean, bend, stoop, crouch, and reach.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet donors while ensuring donor and team safety.
• Screen new and repeat donors and record vital signs and finger stick results.
• Use the Donor Information System and maintain donor charts and records.
• Coordinate donor compensation and identify center process improvements.
