Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Health in Grapevine, TX is seeking a Part-Time Pharmacy Technician I. Under pharmacist supervision, you will assist with stocking, labeling, dispensing and inventory management, delivering patient care per Texas State Board of Pharmacy regulations.

You will support nonjudgmental patient and staff inquiries, handle phone calls, coordinate with the team on inventory, and ensure accurate data entry and billing.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Less than 1 year of experience in a pharmacy setting or related.</br>
• Pharmacy Technician license with the TX Board of Pharmacy required.

Responsibilities

• Performs limited pharmacy services and duties associated with stocking, preparation, labeling, dispensing and delivery of medications.
• Helps patients and medical staff with nonjudgmental questions under the direct supervision of a pharmacist preceptor.
• Answers incoming phone calls and directs callers to the right person for service.
