Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a 3rd year Pharmacy Intern to apply didactic learning in real-world practice within our pharmacy teams. You will follow a structured training roadmap, work under a licensed pharmacist, and gain exposure to store, district, and regional operations while delivering safe and compassionate patient care.

You will participate in comprehensive training, learn to counsel patients, and contribute to immunization services and other offsite clinics where allowed by state law.

Qualifications

• Accepted into, or actively enrolled in, an ACPE accredited college or school of pharmacy.
• Must possess, or be in the process of obtaining, valid intern and/or technician licensure as required.

Responsibilities

• Complete a comprehensive training roadmap focused on Key Learning Experiences (KLEs).
• Support pharmacy team to ensure prescriptions are filled safely, promptly, and with care.
• Assist with immunizations and other patient services where allowed by law.
• Learn SOPs and maintain patient privacy and safety standards.
