Blink Health is seeking a Pharmacist to verify and dispense prescriptions in a high-volume, closed-door facility. You will counsel patients by phone or digital channels, collaborate with prescribers to optimize therapy, and supervise technicians to uphold quality and compliance standards.

Competenze

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from ACPE-accredited College of Pharmacy.
• Active Missouri Pharmacy License in good standing.
• Strong command of English; bilingual Spanish preferred for counseling.

Mansioni

• Review and clinically verify new and refill prescriptions for safety and dosing.
• Validate data entry by technicians, ensuring transcription accuracy.
• Verify prescriptions in a closed-door facility prior to shipment.
• Perform daily prospective drug utilization reviews to resolve clinical flags.
• Manage specialty medication handling including cold-chain verification.
• Provide proactive outbound patient counseling and handle inbound clinical calls.
• Document patient interactions in the pharmacy management system.
• Supervise technicians and coach to maintain accuracy and efficiency.
• Collaborate with prescribers to clarify incomplete or inappropriate orders.
• Ensure HIPAA and DEA compliance; maintain PHI handling and storage.
