Job summary

Blink Health is seeking a Pharmacist to serve as the clinical backbone of our closed‑door facility, verifying prescriptions with speed, counseling patients, and collaborating with prescribers to keep medications moving safely. Qualifications

PharmD from ACPE-accredited College of Pharmacy.
Active Missouri Pharmacy License in good standing with the Missouri Board of Pharmacy.
Strong command of English; bilingual Spanish preferred for phone-based patient counseling.
Demonstrated ability to perform high-volume prescription verification with accuracy.

Responsibilities

Verify prescriptions with speed and accuracy in a closed-door fulfillment environment.
Provide proactive outbound counseling and handle inbound clinical inquiries by phone or digital platforms.
Document patient interactions in the pharmacy management system; bilingual counseling where applicable.
Collaborate with prescribers on substitutions and formulary alternatives to reduce delays.
Supervise technicians and ensure compliance with HIPAA and state/federal regulations.
