Job summary

ExpertCare is seeking reliable Personal Care Assistants to work 1:1 with recipients in their homes across Southeast Michigan. You will support, encourage and help with skill-building activities while helping clients grow beyond their home environment.

Full and part-time positions available. We value compassion, dependable scheduling, and the ability to follow care plans. Training is provided and background checks are required.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans.
• Reliable transportation to assignments.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with recipients in clients' homes.
