Job summary

ExpertCare in Michigan is seeking reliable Personal Care Assistants to work 1:1 with recipients in clients' homes. You will support, encourage and help with skill-building activities while fostering independence and community involvement.

Full and part-time positions available, with paid training, flexible scheduling and weekly pay. Strong communication and dependable, patient care are essential.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans.
• Comfortable supporting individuals with varying abilities.
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments.
• Ability to pass required background checks and screenings.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 support to recipients in home settings.
• Assist with daily living activities and skill-building.
• Help clients engage with community activities to reach personal goals.
• Maintain accurate logs and report changes to supervisors.
