Job summary

ExpertCare is hiring a Personal Care Assistant to work 1:1 with recipients in clients' homes in Southeast Michigan. You'll support, encourage and help with skill-building activities while helping clients grow beyond their home environment.

We value compassionate, patient team members who can follow care plans and pass background checks. Full and part-time positions are available in a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans.
• Comfortable supporting individuals with varying abilities.
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments.
• Ability to pass required background checks and screenings.
• Must be 18 years or older.
