Job summary

ExpertCare is hiring a Personal Care Assistant to provide compassionate, in-home support for recipients in Southeast Michigan. You will work 1:1 with clients in their homes, offering encouragement, helping with skill-building activities, and guiding them toward personal goals. Role includes in-community outings and flexible scheduling to fit client needs.

Full- and part-time positions are available. Prior experience is valued but training is provided.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans.
• Capable of supporting individuals with varying abilities.
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments.
• Ability to pass required background checks and screenings.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

You will also be bringing them into the community to help grow and strengthen their personal goals outside of their home environment. ExpertCare services Community of Mental Health Recipients in Southeast Michigan. Full and part time positions are available!
