Job summary

ExpertCare is seeking a reliable Personal Care Assistant to work 1:1 with recipients in clients' homes across Southeast Michigan. You will support, encourage, and help with skill-building activities, promoting independence and daily living goals.

Ideal candidates are compassionate, patient, and dependable, with strong communication skills and the ability to follow care plans. Prior caregiving experience is helpful; transportation is required to travel to assignments.

You will also be bringing them into the community to help grow and strengthen their personal goals outside of their home environment.
