Job summary

ExpertCare is seeking reliable Personal Care Assistants to work 1:1 with recipients in clients' homes across Southeast Michigan. You will support, encourage and help with skill-building activities while promoting independence.

Full-time and part-time roles are available. Applicants should be compassionate, have strong communication skills, and be able to follow care plans; background checks will be required.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable caregiver.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow care plans and work independently.
• Reliable transportation to assignments.
• Able to pass background checks and screenings.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 support to recipients in their homes.
