Job summary

ExpertCare is seeking a dedicated Personal Care Assistant to provide one-on-one support in clients' homes across Southeast Michigan. You will help recipients with daily activities, encourage goal attainment, and assist with skill-building tasks in a compassionate, safe environment.

Responsibilities include supporting community outings and helping clients maintain independence within their care plans. Full- and part-time positions are available with paid training and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans.
• Comfortable supporting individuals with varying abilities.
• Reliable transportation to and from assignments.
• Ability to pass required background checks and screenings.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 support to recipients in their own homes.

• Support community participation and social engagement for recipients.
