Job summary

SchoolsFirst FCU is seeking a Personal Banker (Member Service Representative II) in Oceanside, CA to deliver world-class service and promote credit union products. You will handle transactions in savings, loans, and auxiliary services, while maintaining accounts and performing routine maintenance tasks for Members.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, and a Notary License. 1-3 years of related experience is preferred, and knowledge of BSA regulatory requirements is expected.

Qualifications

• Provides world-class member service and information on credit union products and services.
• Checks and maintains member accounts and performs transactions.
• Regulatory compliance training including BSA regulations is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class member service at branches.
• Promote credit union products and services to build relationships.
• Process transactions in savings, loans, and related services.
• Perform file maintenance (address changes, check orders, ATM cards).
• Support branch operations including vault and night drop duties.
• Prepare branch for day and night operations and assist team members.
