Job summary

SchoolsFirst FCU in Chula Vista seeks a dedicated Personal Banker (Member Service Representative II) to deliver trusted financial guidance at the branch. You will handle transactions, promote products, and build relationships with members while working in a fast-paced service environment.

This role requires a high school diploma or GED and 1–3 years of related experience; CA DMV pull program may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class member service to visitors at the branch or service center.
• Offer information, promote credit union products and services, and build relationships with members.
• Process transactions related to savings, loans, and auxiliary credit union services.
• Perform file maintenance tasks such as address changes, check orders, and ATM card ordering.
• Assist with vault, night drop duties, and morning/evening branch preparations.
• Maintain cash and negotiables.
• Process new memberships, share accounts, savings services, and consumer loan requests.
• Research accounts, identify and correct member account problems.
• Provide consultative services to members, assessing needs and addressing concerns.
• Deliver world-class face-to-face service for account assistance requests.
• Identify and suggest streamlining opportunities for department and credit union operations.
• Perform other related duties as assigned or requested.

Responsibilities

Compliance and Training
