Job summary

SchoolsFirst FCU is seeking a Personal Banker (Member Service Representative II) to provide World Class service at California branch locations. You will handle savings and loan transactions, assist with account changes, and support daily branch operations while maintaining regulatory compliance.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, 1-3 years of related experience, and a Notary License; participation in the CA DMV pull program may be required depending on assignment.

Responsibilities

• Provides World Class Member service to Members visiting branch/service center locations.
• Processes transactions in savings, loans, and auxiliary credit union services.
• Performs file maintenance and related duties (address changes, check orders, ATM cards).
• Performs vault and night drop duties as assigned and assists with branch prep and daily operations.
• Ensures compliance with state and federal laws and BSA regulations.
