Job summary

SchoolsFirst FCU seeks a Personal Banker (Member Service Representative II) to provide World Class member service at branch/service centers. You will promote credit union products, process transactions in savings and loans, and handle account maintenance with accuracy.

This role emphasizes relationship building and regulatory compliance. Ideal candidates have 1-3 years of related experience and a High School Diploma or GED, with Notary preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 years of prior related experience required
• Notary License required
• Participation in the CA DMV pull program may be required depending on assignment

Responsibilities

• Provides World Class Member service to Members visiting branch/service center locations.
• Promotes credit union products and services to build relationships.
• Processes transactions in savings, loans, and auxiliary credit union services.
• Performs file maintenance: address changes, check orders, ATM cards.
• Assists with branch prep and shifts as needed.
• Maintains knowledge of savings and consumer loan products.
• Delivers consultative services regarding credit union products.
