Job summary

SchoolsFirst FCU is seeking a Personal Banker (Member Service Representative II) to deliver World Class service at our California branches. You will promote credit union products, process transactions, and help Members open accounts.

This role requires 1-3 years of related experience, a High School Diploma or GED, and may require notary licensing and CA DMV pull program participation. A 40-hour work week, on-site with some collaboration across the branch.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides World Class Member service to Members visiting branch/service center locations.
• Promotes credit union products and services to build relationships.
• Processes transactions in savings, loans, and auxiliary services.
• Processes new memberships and account/funding requests as needed.
• Performs file maintenance like address changes, check orders, and ATM cards.
• Delivers consultative services to Members regarding credit union products.
