Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 1+ years of sales or customer service experience; college degree a plus or equivalent experience.
• Working knowledge of consumer financial products and services.
• Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills.
• Excellent written communication and professional etiquette.
• Ability to follow standards and assist clients with patience and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional client experience to build and retain client relationships.
• Open a full range of retail products for new and existing clients.
• Educate clients about online banking, Bill Pay, E‑Statements, and mobile deposits.
• Resolve simple to moderate client issues while ensuring high satisfaction.
• Handle teller transactions and identify opportunities to deepen relationships.
