Qualifications

Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional client experiences to build and retain relationships.
Open a full range of retail products for new and existing clients by making recommendations during routine banking center service and teller transactions.
Educate clients about online banking, Bill Pay, E-Statements, and mobile banking.
Resolve routine client issues with high service quality.
Provide teller transactions and assist clients in meeting financial goals.
Comply with internal controls and regulatory requirements; participate in coaching and feedback sessions.
