Job summary

The position starts with a 9-week Banking Navigator training program, with hands-on guidance and a future permanent branch placement. Full training may occur at different locations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 1+ years of sales or customer service experience.
• A college degree is a plus or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Working knowledge of consumer financial products and services.
• Excellent spoken and written communication; ability to build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional client experience to build, expand, and retain long-term client relationships.
• Open a full range of retail products, including loans, for new and existing clients.
• Educate clients about services like online banking, Bill Pay, E‑Statements, mobile and ATM deposits.
• Resolve simple to moderate client problems while maintaining satisfaction.
• Provide teller transactions and deepen client relationships to meet financial goals.
• Comply with internal controls, audits, security, and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in coaching and training to enhance product knowledge and client relations.
