Qualifications

• Working knowledge of consumer financial products.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional client experience to build, expand, and retain long‑term client relationships.
• Open a full range of retail products for new and existing clients by making recommendations during routine banking center service and teller transactions.
• Educate clients about online banking, Bill Pay, E-Statements, and mobile deposits and ATM services.
• Resolve a variety of simple to moderate client problems while ensuring high client satisfaction.
• Provide teller transactions and support to deepen client relationships and meet financial goals.
• Comply with internal controls, audits, security, and regulatory requirements; participate in coaching and training.
