Job summary

Tiger Recruitment seeks an experienced Part-Time Personal Assistant for a UHNW author and podcaster in New York. This in-person role requires 5-15 hours per week with hours varying weekly, on-call around errands, appointments, events, and ad hoc requirements.

The successful candidate will provide hands-on personal and household support, working closely with the Executive Assistant to keep day-to-day matters running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Experience working for ultra‑high-net‑worth individuals (UHNWIs) within residences.
• Discreet, proactive, independent, and highly capable of managing tasks autonomously.
• Excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Run errands as needed, including pickups, drop-offs, shopping, deliveries, and appointments
• Transport the principal’s dog to and from veterinary and grooming appointments
• Organize and maintain physical and digital archives, ensuring materials are consistently sorted, labeled, filed, and easily retrievable
• Occasionally accompany the principal to press appearances and events, providing logistical and on‑site support
• Assist with household organization and day‑to‑day logistics
• Manage other ad hoc administrative and logistical tasks as they arise
