Qualifications

• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Publisher, Access).
• Experience in behavioral health or healthcare coordination preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle call management and documentation, routing to on‑call physicians and updating databases.
• Plan and coordinate outreach activities, networking with providers, and maintaining resource lists.
• Coordinate physician on‑call schedules, train staff, and manage onboarding materials, expenditures and outreach materials.
• Organize monthly staff and statewide TiPS program meetings, take minutes, and prepare agendas; analyze program data.
• Schedule evaluations and therapy intakes, send rating scales, and coordinate interpreters and patient needs.
