Job summary

Achieve Beyond is hiring part-time, hourly Registered Behavior Technicians to deliver ABA therapy across Bergen County, NJ. You will implement instructions as planned by the BCBA, engage with families, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure consistency and progress for each child.

Candidates should have 1–2 years of supervised experience with children 2–21 and hold RBT certification from BACB.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years working with children ages 2–21 in a supervised setting.
• RBT Certification from BACB is required or in progress.
• ABA experience preferred and beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA instruction according to the educational plan outlined by the BCBA
• Participate in collaborative team meetings with BCBA and other therapists on the case
• Communicate with families with debriefs and provide resources and strategies for home use
• Collect daily data and maintain the child’s program book weekly
• Maintain confidentiality of information according to state and federal regulations
