Job summary

Links-Aba-Therapy- is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician (BT/RBT) to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism in-home settings in Dumont, NJ. You will receive hands-on training and mentorship from an experienced BCBA while helping kids improve communication, social, and independence skills.

You'll collect data during sessions, collaborate with a supervising BCBA to implement behavior plans, and support families with practical strategies and progress updates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college coursework in psychology/education a plus.
• Reliable transportation to client homes.
• Availability for after-school hours and weekends preferred.
• Experience and passion for helping children and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy to children with autism (training provided).
• Collect data on treatment goals during each session.
