Job summary

ABA Centers of New Jersey is seeking part-time Registered Behavior Technicians to deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, and clinics. You will teach communication and daily living skills under BCBA supervision and collect session data to track progress.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 6+ months of relevant experience (including internships or related roles).
• Availability during afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license and insurance.
• Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record review.
• NJ candidates must be at least 21 years of age and have 1 year of experience with children/healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Direct Client Support.
• Deliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, or clinics.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Track progress and maintain data accuracy.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and team members; participate in meetings.
• Assist with administrative and clinical support tasks as needed.
