Job summary

True Progress Therapy in Beverly, NJ is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver high-quality ABA services to children with ASD and other developmental disabilities. You will work under BCBA supervision in a supportive, growth-focused environment.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, 1 year of relevant experience, and excellent communication skills. Flexible part-time schedule, 20–30 hours weekly, with competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with children with ASD or other developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision.

• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
