Job summary

Achieve Beyond is hiring part-time, hourly Registered Behavior Technicians to support pediatric ABA therapy in cases throughout Queens. You will provide direct ABA instruction under the supervision of a BCBA, participate in team meetings, and communicate progress and resources to families to promote consistency at home and in the community.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of experience with children in supervised settings and are pursuing or possess an undergraduate program in psychology,

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience with children ages 2–21 in a supervised setting.
• Successful completion of or current enrollment in an undergrad program in psychology, healthcare, human services, education, or related field.
• Experience using ABA preferred.
• Holds RBT Certification from BACB.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA instruction according to the educational plan outlined by the BCBA.
• Participate in collaborative team meetings with BCBA and other Behavior Therapists on the case.
• Communicate with family members by debriefs at the end of each session, and provide resources and strategies for home and community.
• Collect daily data and organize child's program book weekly.
• Maintain confidentiality of information per state and federal regulations.
