Achieve Beyond is hiring part-time paraprofessionals to support pediatric ABA therapy across Long Island, NYC metro, and surrounding areas. You will provide direct ABA instruction, collaborate with BCBA and therapists, and communicate with families to implement strategies at home and in the community.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years working with special needs children, or current enrollment in psychology/healthcare-related programs, and a passion for helping families.

Aufgaben

• Provide direct ABA instruction per BCBA educational plan.
• Participate in collaborative team meetings with BCBA and therapists.
• Communicate with families, providing debriefs and home/community strategies.
• Collect daily data and organize the child’s program book weekly.
• Maintain confidentiality per state and federal regulations.
