Job summary

Achieve Beyond is hiring part-time, hourly Behavior Therapists to deliver ABA therapy to children in Brooklyn. You will provide direct instruction according to BCBA plans, collaborate with the treatment team, and share strategies with families for home and community use.

The role requires passion for working with children and families, with at least 2 years of relevant experience or current enrollment in a related program. Flexible, home- and clinic-based settings are possible.

Qualifications

• Experience with ABA preferred.
• At least 2 years working with special needs children 2–21 in supervised settings.
• Successful completion of or current enrollment in related program.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA instruction as per BCBA educational plan.
• Participate in collaborative team meetings with BCBA and other therapists.
• Communicate with families with debriefs and home/community resources.
• Collect daily data and maintain the child’s program book weekly.
• Maintain confidentiality per state and federal regulations.
