We are looking for a Part-Time PBX/Telephone Operator!

What does the ROLE entail?

• Answering incoming calls to the Hyatt Regency Columbus with good typing skills, a positive attitude, and excellent phone demeanor
• Providing high guest service to meet guest expectations
• Handling a high volume of calls and multi-tasking effectively
• Answering questions related to the hotel and surrounding area
• Assisting the Front Desk and Reservations when needed; cross-training is provided for the front desk role
• Demonstrating Hyatt Values: Respect, Integrity, Humility, Empathy, Creativity, and Fun

Your EXPERIENCE:

• Desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
• Refined verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable with customer service tasks and responsibilities
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to sit for long periods
• Ability to multi-task
• Proficiency in basic computer skills
• Strong customer service and recovery skills
