Responsibilities

• Process and oversee payroll to ensure accuracy and timeliness
• Collect and verify time records and attendance data
• Calculate wages, deductions, and bonuses for employees
• Prepare payroll reports and summaries for management
• Ensure timely payment of payroll taxes and withholdings
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll discrepancies
• Maintain payroll records and update employee information in the system
• Collaborate with HR to ensure accurate data and labor law compliance
• Assist with year-end reporting and tax filings (W-2, 1099)
• Stay updated on payroll regulations and best practices
