Job summary

Christian Living Communities is seeking a part-time Payroll Specialist for approximately 24 hours per week in Colorado. The role focuses on payroll processing, timekeeping maintenance, and inquiries within a trusted team environment.

Candidates should have payroll experience (2+ years) and familiarity with UKG/Kronos, plus knowledge of Colorado payroll rules. The position emphasizes accuracy, confidentiality, and collaboration with the Payroll Manager to ensure timely reporting and compliance

Qualifications

• 2+ years of payroll experience (prefer UKG/Kronos)
• Familiar with Colorado wage/hour laws and local, state, and federal payroll regulations
• Ability to process high-volume payroll with accuracy
• Strong computer skills and MS Office proficiency
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English

Responsibilities

• Process bi-weekly payroll timely and accurately
• Maintain timekeeping records and respond to inquiries
• Ensure compliance with payroll policies and regulations
• Prepare journal entries and support data for year-end audits
• Protect confidentiality of payroll information
• Assist with quarterly PBJ data reporting and W-2 processing
