Responsibilities include verifying time records, calculating wages and deductions, and preparing payroll summaries. Experience with payroll software and Excel is preferred; year-end reporting and HR collaboration are also part of the role.

Responsabilidades

• Collecting and verifying employee time records and attendance data.
• Calculating wages, deductions, and bonuses for employees.
• Preparing and processing payroll reports and summaries.
• Ensuring timely payment of payroll taxes and other withholdings.
• Responding to employee inquiries regarding payroll discrepancies and providing support as needed.
• Maintaining payroll records and updating employee information in the payroll system.
• Collaborating with HR to ensure accurate employee data and compliance with labor laws.
• Assisting with year-end reporting and tax filings, including W-2 and 1099 forms.
• Staying updated on payroll regulations and best practices to ensure compliance and efficiency.
