Aria Group is seeking a detail-oriented Part-Time Payroll Specialist / HR Administrator to join our Oak Park, IL team. The role focuses on payroll processing and maintaining accurate employee records, while also supporting benefits, HR systems, and daily HR admin tasks.

The position is based in our Oak Park office with an estimated 20 hours per week, and requires ADP WorkforceNow experience, strong Excel skills, and the ability to handle confidential information.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of payroll processing experience.
• Experience with ADP WorkforceNow is required.
• Knowledge of payroll procedures, deductions, and tax withholdings.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll accurately and on time on a bi-monthly basis.
• Review timesheets, PTO, deductions, garnishments, and tax withholdings.
• Maintain payroll and employee records in HRIS/payroll systems.
• Ensure payroll practices comply with federal, state, and local requirements.
• Coordinate with Finance to reconcile payroll transactions.
• Prepare payroll reports and assist with benefits reconciliations.
• Support employee onboarding, offboarding, and HR administration.
