Qualifications

• Proficient in payroll software and MS Office, especially Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Payroll processing for employees in a timely and accurate manner.
• Ensure proper calculation and distribution of wages, bonuses, and other compensation.
• Manage garnishments and other liens.
• Maintain and update employee payroll records and tax status.
• Input payroll information into the system accurately.
• Review and verify timekeeping records for accuracy.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies in payroll data.
• Stay informed about payroll regulations and compliance requirements.
• Generate payroll reports for accounting and brokers.
• Provide timely responses to payroll inquiries and collaborate with PSO.
