Qualifications

• 3–5 years of payroll processing experience with 2+ years multi-state payroll.
• Experience with multi-site locations and 100+ employees preferred.
• Familiarity with Rippling and other payroll systems; strong Excel and HRIS basics.

Responsibilities

• Process full-cycle payroll across states and locations bi-weekly or semi-monthly.
• Audit timekeeping data, PTO, and adjustments before payroll runs.
• Handle off-cycle payrolls for terminations and bonuses when needed.
• Ensure accurate tax withholdings and benefit deductions.
