Job summary

FirstCash Holdings, Inc. seeks entry-level Part-Time Pawnbroker/Retail Sales Associate to support lending and retail operations. You will greet customers, process sales and loans, and help maintain store displays at locations nationwide.

The role offers hourly pay ($15.25–$18.00) plus potential commissions up to 8% based on performance, with Earned Wage Access, employee discounts, and a 401(k) plan after six months. Bilingual applicants are encouraged.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Experience with cash handling is preferred.
• Strong desire to serve customers and work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers to drive sales and provide financial solutions.
• Process sales and loan transactions per policies and procedures.
• Maintain clean and stocked sales floor and displays.
• Communicate regulatory requirements and company policies to customers.
• Assist with training and contribute to a positive customer experience.
• Perform opening/closing duties as needed.
• Flexible to work across multiple store locations.
