Job summary

FirstCash Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Part-Time Pawnbroker / Retail Sales Associate to join our team in Florida.

The role blends lending and retail duties, greeting customers, processing sales, loans, and other transactions while maintaining an engaging, professional store environment. You will earn hourly pay between $15.00 and $18.00 plus commissions up to 8% of transactions, potentially adding several dollars per hour.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• 18+ years old and able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Willing to work flexible retail schedule including weekends/holidays.
• Cash handling experience preferred.
• Able to work across multiple store locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers to provide and recommend solutions.
• Perform sales and loan transactions per policy.
• Maintain clean, stocked sales floor and displays.
• Handle cash and negotiables following procedures.
• Provide professional customer service and resolve inquiries.
