Job summary

FirstCash Pawn is seeking entry-level part-time Retail Sales Associates. You will greet customers, process sales and loans, and help manage merchandise across a variety of items. The role emphasizes customer service and teamwork in a fast-paced pawn store environment.

Base pay ranges from $14.00 to $15.00 per hour with commission on transactions. Earned Wage Access, a 401(k) after six months, and employee discounts are offered. Flexible stores hours and nationwide locations are available.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Willingness to work flexible retail hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to work with firearms and become firearms certified.
• Cash handling experience is preferred and basic math required.
• Excellent customer service and teamwork skills.
• Bilingual applicants are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Greets and engages customers to provide financial solutions and recommendations.
• Performs sales and loan transactions following policies and procedures.
• Maintains clean, stocked sales floor and displays.
• Answers calls and communicates legal aspects of pawn/buy transactions.
• Collaborates with staff to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Completes assigned training and supports store operations.
