Job summary

FirstCash Pawn is hiring a Part-Time Retail Sales Associate. Earn $11.50–$14.50 per hour plus commission on transactions, with up to 8% commission potential and an average hourly uplift of about $2.44.

Work location is store-based nationwide with flexible hours and strong customer service expectations. Responsibilities include greeting customers, processing sales and loans, maintaining displays, and complying with cash handling and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with HS diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Willing to work flexible retail hours including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers to provide financial solutions.
• Perform sales and loan transactions per policy.
• Keep sales floor clean and merchandise displayed.
• Handle cash and negotiable items according to procedures.
• Communicate payment terms and legal aspects of pawn/buy transactions.
• Collaborate with team to deliver a positive customer experience.
