FirstCash Holdings, Inc. is seeking entry-level, part-time Pawnbroker/Retail Sales Associate to join our pawn store locations nationwide. You will greet, engage, and assist customers with sales, loans, and transactions.

The Part-Time Pawnbroker/Retail Sales Associate position offers an hourly wage, PLUS commission based on productivity! The employee commission incentive plan is proprietary to FirstCash. Earned Wage Access and 401k with company matching provide additional value, along with

Qualifications

• Entry-level role with part-time hours.
• Cash handling and basic math required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Flexible retail schedule including weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with sales and loan transactions.
• Maintain clean, stocked sales floor and displays.
• Explain pawn and buy process and compliance requirements.
