FirstCash Holdings, Inc. is seeking entry-level Part-Time Pawnbroker / Retail Sales Associate to support both lending and retail operations across our pawn stores.

You will greet customers, process sales and loans, and help with merchandise handling while delivering excellent service in a fast-paced environment. The role offers an hourly wage with commissions based on productivity and the potential for advancement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent experience.
• Must be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Cash handling experience preferred.
• Flexible retail schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Greet and interact with customers to develop rapport and provide financial solutions.
• Perform sales and loan transactions following policies and procedures.
• Keep the sales floor clean, stocked, and organized.
• Assist customers with inquiries and resolve problems promptly.
• Operate POS systems and handle cash and negotiable items responsibly.
