Job summary

FirstCash Holdings, Inc. is seeking entry-level, part-time Pawnbroker/Retail Sales Associate in our pawn store locations nationwide. You will greet customers, process sales and loans, and maintain product displays while delivering great service.

Earn base hourly pay plus commission based on performance. Flexible shifts, Earned Wage Access, and employee discounts are part of the benefits. Candidates must be 18 or older with a High School diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent experience.
• Willingness to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Cash handling experience preferred and ability to work a flexible retail schedule.

Responsibilities

• Greet, engage, and interact with customers to provide service and financial solutions.
• Perform sales and loan transactions and handle cash per policies.
• Maintain clean sales floor, stock displays, and assist with training as needed.
• Communicate clearly about pawn and buy transactions and regulatory requirements.
• Work with team to create positive customer experiences and meet store goals.
