Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Cash handling experience preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to operate POS systems and basic office machines.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with sales, loans and transactions.
• Keep sales floor clean and merchandise displayed.
• Process sales and loan transactions per policies and procedures.
• Handle cash and negotiable items according to guidelines.
• Communicate product and legal aspects of pawn and buy transactions.
• Provide excellent customer service and teamwork.
