Job summary

FirstCash Holdings, Inc. is seeking entry-level, part-time Pawnbroker / Retail Sales Associate to join our nationwide pawn store team. You will greet customers, process sales and loans, and assist with a wide range of merchandise including jewelry, tools, electronics, and more.

The role offers an hourly wage of $12.95 to $15.95 plus commission based on productivity. Earned Wage Access is available from day two, with 401(k) after six months and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Cash handling experience preferred.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work flexible retail hours including weekends.
• Ability to operate POS systems and basic office machines.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers to provide mortgaged financial solutions and sales.
• Perform sales and loan transactions in accordance with policy.
• Maintain clean, stocked sales floor and display merchandise.
• Handle cash and negotiable items per policies and regulations.
• Assist customers with inquiries and problem resolution.
