Job summary

FirstCash Holdings, Inc. seeks an entry-level, part-time Pawnbroker/Retail Sales Associate for its pawn store locations nationwide.

You will greet customers, process sales and loan transactions, and assist with store duties to ensure customer service excellence. This role offers an hourly wage, plus commissions; the Earned Wage Access program is available from day two, with a 401(k) plan after six months and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Strong desire to work, serve customers and be team-oriented.
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers to develop rapport and provide financial solutions.
• Process sales and loan transactions in accordance with policy.
• Maintain clean, stocked sales floor and merchandise displays.
• Handle cash and negotiable items following procedures and security rules.
• Answer incoming calls and assist customers with inquiries and resolutions.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a positive customer experience.
