FirstCash Holdings, Inc. is seeking entry-level, part-time Retail Sales Associates for pawn stores nationwide. You will greet customers, process sales and loans, and keep the sales floor neat while delivering friendly service in a fast-paced environment.

The role offers an earned wage access option, a commission plan of 2–8% based on personal performance, employee discounts from day one, and eligibility for a 401(k) after six months.

Qualifikationen

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; firearms certification possible.
• Cash handling experience preferred; flexible retail schedule incl weekends.

• Greet customers and build rapport to recommend appropriate financial solutions.
• Process sales and loan transactions according to company policies.
• Keep the sales floor clean, stocked, and organized.
• Answer incoming calls and assist customers with inquiries.
