Job summary

FirstCash Holdings, Inc. is seeking entry-level, part-time Pawnbroker/Retail Sales Associate in its pawn stores nationwide. You will greet customers, process sales and loans, and help with inquiries while maintaining a clean sales floor and accurate cash handling.

You will interact professionally to build rapport and drive transactions. The role offers hourly pay plus commission, with potential to earn up to 8% on transactions and a variety of benefits, including earned wage access, 401(k)

Qualifications
