Job summary

FirstCash Holdings, Inc. is seeking entry-level, part-time Pawnbroker/Retail Sales Associate for stores nationwide. You will greet customers, process sales and loans, and handle over-the-counter transactions with a positive, professional attitude.

You can earn hourly wages plus commissions up to 8% of gross profit, with additional earnings per hour. Earned Wage Access and 401k are offered after eligibility; weekend availability is helpful.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be 18+ and able to lift 50 pounds.
• Ability to work flexible retail schedule including weekends/holidays.
• Ability to work in multiple locations as business needs dictate.
• Must have ability to work with firearms and become firearms certified.
• Bilingual applicants encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers; process sales and loans.
• Perform open/close procedures; keep the floor clean and stocked.
• Handle cash and negotiable items per policy and procedures.
• Assist customers and resolve inquiries and problems.
• Work with jewelry, tools, electronics, and firearms in FFL locations.
